Last wave of European parcels
Hello, backers.
These days the last wave of parcels is being delivered and we are constantly monitoring the situation, relaying to the Italian branch of B2C Europe about any possible issues that might occur and making sure everything is accounted for.
This last wave of deliveries includes countries like: Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland and more.
If you have any doubts about your specific parcel do not hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected] and they will be happy to support you.
Replacement requests
As soon as the last parcels reach every backers’ door, we will start the phase in which we ship the replacement parts, to those who request them.
So, again, if you need assistance on that matter feel free to contact our support team at [email protected] and they will register your requests in our database.
We will notify you as soon as the first wave of replacements will leave our warehouse in Italy.
Icaion is close!
As most of you may know, we are really excited for the approaching of our Icaion campaign! It is right around the corner, in fact it will be live on Kickstarter on May 21st. We will offer an Early Bird and other exclusive rewards for our returning backers, just stick with us and you will see ;)

A lot of new info about our upcoming game
Icaion is an Engine Territory Building, Resource Management eurogame for 2 to 4 players. We have released a page in our website “Mysthea Universe”, so if you want to know more information you can find it here.
In Icaion you will be surrounded by darkness and danger and, in these barren lands, you, as a Seeker, will be tasked with scavenging mysterious places, hunting for treasures and Qoam crystals. Yet a shocking discover will make your work even harder: an ancient creature is spreading an illness and you will inevitably have to face it.
Mysthea and Icaion will create a third standalone game
As you might recall, we promised that both game components can be combined to create a thrid fully standalone game. This game is called "Mysthea: The Fall" and is a cooperative territorial defense game for 2-5 players. In this title a cataclysm has hit Mysthea, making the five floating islands to fall down on the lands of Icaion.

Last hours to back Mysthea RPG!
We are very happy to announce that our friends at UFO Press’ campaign Mysthea: Legends from the Borderlands is going great!
The game is available in two editions: Hardcover Edition and Deluxe Limited Edition. Thanks to unlocked Stretch Goals they improved the book and added a lot of amazing add-ons like custom dice, location cards, map board and more!
The game expands the lore of the Mysthea Universe even further and it's based on their exclusive adaptation of the Apocalypse World Engine that also powered their acclaimed "Legacy: Life Among the Ruins".

European shipping and UFO Press campaign is live!

Hello, everyone!
Here is a short update about the European shipping.
Unfortunately B2C is still unresponsive and the most updated information we have traces back to a week ago. They sent a very brief reply via email from B2C Europe (Italian branch) concerning the European shipping and below you can see the translation of the email:
“Regarding the tracking numbers, we are still waiting for an answer from the relative team. As for the first part of European shipment the indicative delivery is expected within March 22nd.”
At the moment they granted us the access to the internal B2C Europe portal where we can check manually the orders and follow the B2C processes. The labels (and their relative tracking numbers) were effectively printed and respectively attached to their parcels on March 6th, then on March 8th the parcels were moved to another warehouse for the final shipment to the other countries.
From that date on the status of many parcels is “Carrier pre-alert” and it means that the last courier in charge of the delivery has been notified that the parcel exists and that it will be delivered. As far as we know the parcels have been labelled and they are waiting for the actual delivery.
While others may present the status "Shipped". This means the parcel left the B2C warehouse where it has been labelled and then it was shipped to another B2C warehouse where it will be taken to the last delivery phases.
Right now we do not have further information and we can only keep contacting B2C to keep you as much posted as possible. We cannot release all the tracking numbers publicly, because that would violate the privacy of each one of our backers.
For this reason we suggest to wait for the tracking numbers, or, if you desire to know them right away, you can reach our support team at [email protected] about your specific parcel and they will take care of checking manually its status. We are putting all our efforts to mitigate the issues.
We are sorry for the situation, but right now we cannot do anything to accelerate the process other than waiting and keeping you informed.
“Mysthea: Legends From the Borderlands” is live!
We are happy to tell you that our friends at UFO Press launched their campaign of the Mysthea tabletop RPG “Mysthea: Legends From the Borderlands”. It is now live on Kickstarter and it was funded in a day.

Hello backers,
here is a quick update about the delivery phase of the copies.
After reaching out to B2C they confirmed us that the first delivery for Europe occurred last week and that the games are on their way for most of the European countries.
Some of you already received them, while others are still traveling. They stated that these parcels will reach your doorstep within 7 working days.
As for the tracking number, you should all get it in the next days. A few weeks ago they even asked us to create a template with the text we wanted to use on the emails they send out. We inquired them about this issue after reading your first comments, but still haven't got an answer regarding that topic.
Rest of the world
Regarding the rest of the world, according to VFI, all the copies handled by them have been shipped. Take into consideration that sometimes the tracking numbers are sent out when the parcel enters the final stage of the delivery, in specific when it arrives to the National courier in charge of the delivery.
If your parcel was handled by the VFI Asian fulfillment and you have not received it yet, please reach the VFI support team at [email protected] and ask them directly about your specific case.

They did an awesome work with the tabletop RPG of Mysthea! UFO Press really deserves a round of applause, we saw a sneak peek of "Mysthea: Legends from the Borderlands" and it is great, indeed. We sure are thrilled for this project and we cannot wait for all of you to see it as well.
The RPG book will come in two editions: Standard and Deluxe, moreover the campaign will have different pledge levels and special contents. We hope the RPG will be improved even more stretch goal after stretch goal. Be sure you do not miss it!

Hi everyone,
Here is a quick follow up about the European shipping of Mysthea's copies.
Finally we have good news and these days of organizing and struggling to receive information is finally getting to results.
The European delivery is starting and finally also European backers will receive their games!
These are the information and time windows we have been given just earlier today: between today and Friday 15th the B2C Italian branch confirmed that the parcels for Europe will go out in two separate deliveries. The first this week and the second next week.
The Italian, and a great part of French copies will go out this week, with other countries following (this is not our decision, it depends on B2C logistics structure).
We would like to give you more updates about how things are going, but unfortunately, until B2C gives us information, we are also unable to keep you posted about this matter.
We are sorry about this, and we understand your resentment since we are disappointed as well. Once again we confirm that we won't work with B2C anymore in the future. It was difficult also for us to get information or updates from them, as they would often ignore our calls or reply to our mails after days. Unfortunately we have also been kept in the dark. Surely this is not the kind of professional experience we were expecting to receive when we decided to work with them.
Anyway now the last step of actual delivery for Europe is finally happening!
We will advise you when we receive more updated information.

Hello, everyone!
The Italian branch at B2C just provided us the latest in the shipping matter and we have good news:
They managed to solve the issue about the authentication keys, and now the headquarters in Netherlands approved them. So we are happy to say that the first-case scenario we were talking about in our last update is what we have ahead of us.
In fact, tomorrow the Italian branch will start the packaging phase of all the European parcels.
After that, when the labelling phase starts you will be provided with a tracking number. Remember that sometimes the labelling phase of the parcels starts once the parcel reaches the local courier, so that might occur in the last part of the delivery phase.
Rest of the world shipping
As for the shipping for the “Rest of the world” area some copies, as we stated, were already taken care of, while others have been taken care of in Italy this week with another carrier. When the trackings will be available they will be provided to you.
As soon as we have further information we will let you know.
The App is ready!
Furthermore we wanted to let you know that Mysthea companion app is ready. To get the app you just need to go to the App Store, if you have IOS, or to Google Play if you have Android and search for "Mysthea". The sections available are:

"Game Setup"
“Rulebook”
"Lore"
Both of these sections include all the languages of the campaign.
